Why Age is Only a Number

I have a confession... ...I am a note hoarder.

I guess I can consider this a hobby of mine. For as long as I can remember, I have collected notes, articles, quotes, verses, anything that resonated in my mind and heart. I've kept notebooks over the years and today, I'm a proud owner of 10,000+ pieces of random information. : )

I knew there would be a reason for my need to hold onto these little gems: I came across this verse the other day, "Don't let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity." - 1 Timothy 4:12

In honor of the people that keep me young, wise and vibrant, my family.

Can you think back to the time when you felt (or maybe you were told) that you don't know any better?

Maybe you didn't feel worthy enough for something or someone?

Guess what, that was a lie.

Don't be fooled into thinking that only mature godly people can spread God's message. God works through people of all ages.

Lead by example and live a life serving others.

Live in a way that honors God:

Take action on what's missing in your life and others will see God's work through you.

So today, make a lasting impression, despite your age or your season. You can spread kindness by leading as an example.

Fall in love with who you are, appreciate the life God blessed you with today, and strive to be better.

Every day offers a new chance to embrace the wonder of being alive.

Pay attention to the smallest of details each day: the barista making your coffee, the time spent with family in the morning, nature, and the people hustling around you. Stand fitter and stronger today.
